How to start a return

If you're not completely satisfied with your EV BIKE SDN BHD purchase, you can return unused e-bikes, e-motorcycles, e-scooters, parts, and accessories within 14 days by following these steps:

Step 1

Send an email to evbike@yahoo.com, and make sure to include the following details in the email:

• Reason for the refund

• Photos of the product to be returned

• Photos of the product packaging

• Proof of purchase

• Return shipping address

Step 2

Wait for email confirmation before returning the item.

Step 3

Start the return. You may return by mail or at a nearby store, depending on the item and location. We will confirm the details with you via the Step 2 email.

We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

• Open box and refurbished bikes sold as "non-refundable."

• Products with damages such as scratches or defective parts.

• Products without their original packaging.

• Returns that have not been pre-approved by EV BIKE SDN BHD via email.

If you need to mail back the returned product after email confirmation, please note the following:

• Take photos of the product and packaging before shipping to avoid being held responsible for damage during transit.

• Ship the return item within 48 hours of receiving the return label, or it will be considered as a cancellation of your return.

• Please select the signature service when sending back to prevent the returned items from being lost.

We do not offer direct exchange of items but you can certainly return an item and then place a new order.
