Warranty Policy

1. This product is warranted for ____________ months/weeks from date of original purchase.​

2.The warranty covers only motor and battery.

​

3. This warranty applies to each new product purchased for use in Peninsular Malaysia.

​

4. This warranty is void:

• If product is damaged by accident, mishandling, natural disasters, abnormal voltage of use and failure of follow enclosed instructions

• If repaired by any unauthorized personnel/technician.

• If any part(s) there is altered, adjusted, dismantled, modified or tampered in any way whatsoever by any unauthorized personnel.

• If without dealer’s signature and stamp, and other full particulars not clearly shown or alterations made against the actual information, e.g. name, invoice no, and invoice date.

• If original Warranty Card and invoice does not accompany product.

5. All transport expenses incurred are to be borne by customer and are not covered by warranty.

6. NO WARRANTY on all parts and accessories.

​

7. Only ONE replacement of Motor/Battery within warranty period upon confirmation of fault. Subsequently replacement will be charged accordingly.

8. In no event shall EV BIKE SDN BHD or their appointed dealers be liable for special or consequential damages or for any delay in the performance of this warranty due to causes beyond control.

9. Other than explicitly stated hereon, this warranty DOES NOT commit the company to other form of liabilities.
