Refunds policy
Refund processing time:
Refunds will be issued once the returned items have been received and approved after inspection. The credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 30-45 days. The Company shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by HitPay or the customer’s bank during the refund process.
Late refund:
If you haven't received your refund within 30-45 days, please contact your bank first, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have contacted your bank and still haven't received any information about the refund, please email us at evbike@yahoo.com.
Shipping damage:
The seller shall not be responsible for any damages or loss incurred during return shipping. Any such damages or missing items may be deducted from the total refund. Buyers are strongly advised to obtain shipping insurance to mitigate potential losses during transit.
Return shipping fees:
All return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer, except where the return is due to a seller error (e.g., defective or incorrect items), in which case the seller will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping. Buyers should retain proof of postage or tracking for all returns. The seller is not responsible for items lost or delayed during return transit, except when the seller arranges or pays for the return shipping.
